Lighting is the #1 failing item in a swimming pool. In some states there is a mandate to update all high voltage pool lighting to low voltage lighting when they become defective to create greater energy savings as well as swimmer safety.
Consider adding home passageway alarm on all doors and windows that allow direct access from the home to the pool area.
Ensure you meet safety fencing standards, which is the primary form of safety barrier recognized by all municipalities and the pool industry.
Inspectors Notes:
Heater disconnected from operational water flow due to recent freezing weather damage. Seller has indicated their intent to replace. The sheer descent's LED feature could not be visible confirmed. Seller to confirm it is operational. Pool water salinity was low per the salt cell indicator and could not be confirmed as operable. Simple increase of salinity would allow for verification. The pool coping perimeter fiberoptic underlighting system couldn't be confirmed if operational in daylight, except manual activation of color wheel did display fiber cable lighting at the base of the unit. May simply take some time to fully illuminate the system.
